It is laid out on three levels with wonderful views.

Ground floor: Master double bedroom with en-suite WC/ shower room with washing machine and a twin bedroom with a separate WC/shower room.

First floor: A large, comfortable sitting dining room with stunning aspect. Well equipped kitchen.

Second floor: A large attic bedroom with 4 beds and fabulous panoramic view. There is also a separate WC/shower room.

Outside: The house also has a shaded south-facing dining terrace with private BBQ.

Rental rates - 2008

Price per property per week. Payment is quoted in sterling. Approximate US dollar and euro rates are given, although payment is only accepted in currencies other than sterling at rates specifically agreed in advance with the owner.

Santa Maria can be rented together with San Francesco

There is a heating charge for out of season lets.

Provisional bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a 50% deposit cheque. The balance should be paid 8 weeks before the start of your holiday when you will be sent maps and directions to Ca di Nieri.
